Are there any members in the Pembroke Pines area, I have a foreclosure condo listing and need a locksmith referral to secure the property. Seems like no locksmith will go out unless an owner's rep is there.

And this looks to be a nice place if any one on the board wants it before it's listed.

How far are you going to be from Pembroke Pines?

Also, I handle Tampa Bay, but there is a ton in Cape Coral, just too far for me to actively work that area. The one in Pembroke is too far as well, just got the odd foreclosure listing and didn't want to turn it down.
