Hello all,happy holidays! As most know,we have been still dealing with this SOB!! We had him served at numerous location,PO boxes were listed etc. We finally found him at "Capitol Control Corp. 26305 166thPL SE Covington Wa 98042 Ph 206 940 0976.He'd even been having his son/(Cory)at 2537703962 calling us to avoid caller id. Good news is after the New Year we will be able to liquidate the rest of the Abandoned property. Here's some pics of boats ,some of which have been setting outside, uncovered for over a year,some have a foot of water & ice in them(been in the 20's) ,one inside has a 7.4 Merc in her w/o finishings. Hope pics give an idea of the extent of this guys Scams! Cheers1

Update!! We have another court date for disposal of his stuff next Thursday, 5/17/12. Now he's claiming that some of his property has incurred damage while sitting outside uncovered in the weather for almost 2 yrs. No ****, it does rain here in Washington,the boat shells are just where he left them as in the pics I posted earlier.Have also been in touch with & gotten declarations from other people he's screwed. Anyone with similar issues or judgments against him I & our lawyer would really like to hear from you . Hopefully we can put this S.O.B. in jail where he belongs!! We should be able to have our liquidation sale very soon, we are very confident we will prevail!! I would really like to see his victims,us included, receive restitution. cheers & happy boating to all!!
