Looking ofr a place to rent in the Tampa/ST pete area. Looking for small house or townhouse, would consider a condo if lower level and good neighbors. This would be a year rental.

Doesn't have to be on water, between us, family, and GF job. We are just considering keeping a place in that area. Also we have some family down there that already live on water. No rush but if some one has a place could work out nice.

Cash Bar, how close are you to Pembroke Pines, I have to get some photos by next week of a vacant REO condo, as well as run some comps. Locbox is on the door with keys. Who knows, you may even have a client looking for a condo, this lender prices them low to move them.

We might be able to work together to get this one sold, the lender re-assigned this one to me and it's a little bit of a drive from Tampa.
