The pricing on these websites seem to be high for repo boats. My theory on these boats are that if the people didnt have money to pay for the boat that they most likely didnt pay for the maintenance. I think you can by a boat from a private owner will all receipts for what some of these boats are looking for.

Pricing is the ask and in some cases they get it but in others they get 50% of ask. The boats will need work but you have the right to survey/ sea trial. How many people on here bought boats (even from OSO dealers/members) then only get it home to find it needs tons of work yet they paid all the money up front.
It is clearly a boat by boat basis whether it was a deal or not but here are some that I followed:

06 32 Sunsation Dominator SS w/ 496 HO's listed for 70K
06 36 Pantera/ 525's listed for 130K sold in the 60's
03 38 Powerplay (sunk/no power) listed for 65K sold for 30K
01 37 OL Stilleto with 900's/ missing #6's sold for 91K

Keep in mind some of the Formula inventory still has factory warranty (5 year) so that make take some of the worry out of the purchase and on some boats Bank of America was offering 4.9% financing on site to expedite the process.

Check out this ebayer:

He has other boats listed as repos but no business name.
