Active Thunder Boat Draw?

Whatever happened with the Active Thunder boat draw? Did they sell enough tickets and if so who won?

I did but it didn't say anything about the draw other then the price of the tickets were lowered and the draw was extented.

Ending date has been pushed back a couple times, ticket sales are about half of what is needed to do the drawing. Nothing has happened yet.
