Chart Plotter Advice
I was looking at getting a chart plotter this year. I don't have alot of space so I narrowed it down to a Garmin 176 and a Standard Horizon CP150 or 160. Does anybody have any experience with either of these plotters. I like the Garmin because of the internal antenna. But the little 3 inch screen is too small. The CP150 is bigger but isn't a Garmin and has and external antenna.
Thanks guys and gals.

one thing i have found out is know where your boating at and find out which maps the sytem your looking at uses . in my case i boat a lot in georgian bay garmin maps dont cover that area well
but standard horizon dose (c-maps)
just something to think about. I'm going cp170

Garmin is supposed to have the Canadian side of the Great Lakes on their Blue Chart by this Summer. I have a Garmin 182 and am very happy with it. If you get it with the Internal antenna you don't have to drill holes for a antenna.
