Advise on 12 volt TV
 

Anyone installed an HD TV on their boat? When the analog signal gets turned off seems like a good excuse to upgrade.

Yep already took out the 9'' tube tv with VCR and installed a 13'' flat screen with DVD player. Much better picture and little bit larger.

I picked up a nice flat screen 13 in with a dvd player and a digital tuner that runs on 12v or 120ac at a truck stop I think it was about 350.00 :food-smiley-007:

I had two of the combo units before and both of them and both dvd players broke when was out in rough water, just replaced with a 13'' tv and a car dvd player , have had no problems for the last two years.
