I agree, but here is what they sent back in the e-mail, same Stock, and vin #, and now they want 44???? and changed thier site to 52ish. I printed the ad before they could take it down, Do I have a case of false advertising, or bait and switch??

I have the 08 Stage 3. the 427 has the same power package.
I wouldn't set Jen out in the car.... It'll get away from you if you're not very careful... Its a serious machine. They are 12.5 sec cars in stick form. It'll need tires every 10,000 miles.
I paid 49k for mine. The 427 is two models under, and if I remember correctly they were going for 44k last dec when I bought my car.

Oh, and Akers was a bunch of jackoffs when I was buying..
I bought my car from Weikert ford in lake wales.
Gus Muchado in haileah had a couple of 427s when I was looking, and those same cars may still be there... Call them. They may be whoring them out.
Be prepared to deal with Cubans straight off the boat there though...

Hey Tim,

I was thinking I could get away with buying a supercharged car, without her knowing, if I bought a regular GT, she would never lt me add it later. I was more thinking along the lines of a weekend car in which I would be doing most of the driving, and give her my '99 convertible to drive to school. They will give me the car for 44, but I am not wanting to pay that seeing as they had 2 advertised for 28. I realize that is low for the car, but I am not the one who put the ad up, they did. It is changed now that I informed them, but what they dont know is I printed it out before they changed it. Anyone know the laws on this?? Will we see you at the Miami show?? It will just be me this year, none of that out all night craziness like last year.

Nothing really, I wish I could get that car for a great price like it was advertised, but dont think that is gonna happen.
