What's it worth?

I'm looking to unload a Mercruiser 1996 Gen V 454, stock 330 w/ dual plane intake. 320 hrs. Complete carb to pan including ignition, distributor, electric fuel pump, and flywheel. Less exhausts and accessories. Needs a valve job. What's it worth?

$1500?? If it needs a valve job, I think I would tear it down the rest of the way to check the bore and put in new rings and bearings.
