Yeah,Bill was a nice guy, sold me a lot of nice trailers. genuinely liked him. But he got in over his head financially and cut out, leaving several of the folks that trusted him on the short end of deals.I understand financial problems,I would have tried to work it out with him,but he disappeared. If anyone here bought an old 302 Formula from him,it still belongs to me,cause he never paid me and I still have the title

didn't you let a guy take a powerquest without paying and get burned....hell, you sent my 382 to VA without the driver even expecting payment!!!! (more people should be like you, and less people like them!!)

The Powerquest deal was an interesting story.I was finally paid in full.Having a good customer who is also a good lawyer is always helpful Maybe someone could do a search for that thread,it was a crazy trip.He gave me a bad check, took the boat to New Orleans, decided to return the boat to me to avoid legal problems, wrecked on the way back toAL,totaled his truck and my boat and was arrested for DUI,and his girlfriend sued him for her injuries as a passenger. Some one find the thread,it was fun.
