Would you mind posting which CU you are referring to?
Hopefully one that doesn't care about age of the boat and is easy to become a member of?
As for buyers ready to buy....if you are priced right and have something special things are moving I think.
So far I've tried to buy 2 boats that were good deals, and both have escaped me, despite my moving as fast as I thought possible on them.

Thanks guys, I've been searching the area quite a bit for the best CU deals.
So far I'd found 5.99 at Catholic Federal at Saginaw(thanks to another member here), so I've been thinking of joining the Saginaw Catholic Diocese (I'm at least Catholic already)
I'll check on these ones as well.

Not sure how the other CUs work but mine does a review every thursday. Great if you need a loan Friday but can pose a problem mon-wed. My last guy would just pass it through cause he knew me well, the new lady doesn't let it slide. No matter who you go with good to understand their procedures. It cost me a raceboat but everything happens for a reason I guess!!! (seller turned out to be a scammer anyways)
