Things you can't get out of your head.

"Once there was an elephant that tried to use the telephant,
No, no, I mean once there was an elephone that tried to use the telephone."
(Dear me I'm not certain quite, that even now I've got it right.)

"How e'er it was, he got his trunk entangled in the telephunk,
The more he tried to get it free, the louder buzzed the telephee!"
(I fear I'd better drop the song of elephop and telephong.)

This bit of nursery rhyme drivel has been stuck in my brain since I was six years old, irreversibly burned into my read only long term memory. I will probably be babbling this nonsense in the old age home some day. I keep drinking, hoping that these few brain cells will be the ones to go, but so far no luck.

In todays PC speech, what should we call the mailman - the personperson?

One for Catmando - If God is all powerful, can he create a rock so heavy even he can't lift it?

When people go to the restroom, why do they say they are going to take a dump. Shouldn't they leave a dump?

(geez, it must be time to go home)

If a duck eats and goes in the water right away, does it get cramps?

If 7-11 is open 24hrs, why do they have locks on the doors?

Why don't the words "good" and "food" rhyme?

What makes Teflon stick to the pan?

Why is the word "little" twice the size of the word "big"?

Says right on the Windows 2000 CD, "Built on NT Technology".
Well, NT stands for "New Technology"
Hence "Built on New Technology, Technology"
