In my past experience the right broker will make the transaction much easier....
With that said the wrong broker will mess everthing up so bad it can't be repaired

I understand you not wannting to deal with a broker, but if the seller wanted to deal with you it would not be listed with a broker?? Something to think about.

Reason I bring this up, many sellers do not want to be bothered with it. Kind of like selling a house with a realtor??:ernaehrung004:

Not necessarily true. When I was selling my Awesome I found it being advertised by several "brokers" that I had never even spoken to. All they did was take my ad and add a nice little premium for themselves.

With so many scams i would be hesitant to work with any "brokers" unless they came with some good recommendations. too many good private sellers and dealers to bother with someone just trying to make a quick buck (some not all of course).

spoke with him earlier thanks to this post...he sold it a while ago to a friend of his who is now looking to sell it so we will see what happens...not too many CLEAN 28's out there for the right money...i'm surprised

It's been for sale for a while throw an offer out there and see if he bites. It is being solb by Boulder Boat Brokers in Boulder City NV but Mat the gut there is really good to deal with.
