What is this used for ?
It is a two stroke
It has a bore of 9" and a stroke of 11"
The displacment is 8500"

Sounds like a big 12-cyl

699.8 in^3 per cylinder X 12 = 8397.4 in^3

Diesel Locomotive maybe?
Cruise Ship engine?
