Mercury #28 Service Manaul for Bravo Units
I dont have the drive numbers off hand, so does anyone know if this manual will cover a 1994 Bravo One?
#28 service manual says serial numbers 0M100000 and above. Thanks in advance! :ernaehrung004: |
No, there are differences in each setup that are not common between the 2.
You need manual #11. You can DL one off the net |

The differences are small.
The lowers may be the same. Differences will be whether yours uses a load ring or shim pack to set the prop shaft carrier bearing preload. Also the older drives verticle shaft uses a nut for the pinion gear, where as the newer drives use a bolt. 110ft lbs vs 45 ft lbs. Don't wanna mix that up. The uppers will mainly differ on the pinion depth shimming. Other than those 2, I think the rest is pretty straight forward. I have the 11 on my PC if you can't find it online. |
