Both of which not true. THey are very pricy, and not a simple bolt on. |

A fairly skilled marine mechanic should be able to install this new header system, on a single, in about 2.5 hours, with time to spare. |

Hi Joe from John and Carol on Paynes Point, waiting to get my 27 in with Kevin & Donna's 35 and tip a few cold ones at the Stretches. See ya when the weather warms and ice melts. Take care John |
if your HO has the turbonators in the stock exhaust you can remove them for about 50 rpm's

I'm Carl C on Donzi.net. I saw no gain from my $5,000 CMIs. They were a beotch to install and rendered my Q&Q useless above 3,000 rpm. They look good though:). You guys are right, 5,300 would be well into the rev limiter. The shorty gave me a solid 3 mph gain. Hi Frankie.

i believe the limiter is 5150

Sell the motor and then buy a new one will cost about as much as CMI exhaust. I had a 496 in a Nordic Heat and I sold the motor and installed a 500efi for $2000 and gained 8mph and a lot of torque.
