No flame here..But..
my opinion is it is per their choice..it's like not wearing a helmet when riding a chopper. We are who we are by the decisions we make. Now, wearing a lanyard is something entirely different, cause that couled effect other's around in case of an accident. Please, DO NOT turn this thread into a pissing contest, that's not what this thread was about. Winter is officially over..LET'S ALL GO BOATING....
