I have never experienced this before when I listed items on Craigslist but I wanted to get your feedback on this.
I posted an add for a 6" lift to an F250 and this was one of the replies I received from an interested party...

Settle down there Mr. Northernoffshore - Just asked for feedback, not to be ridiculed - I have never listed anything on Craigslist and this was the first - thanks for the reply....

Craiglist is full of these scams. Just trying to make you aware so you don't fall for one of these cons. You knew it was one any way or you wouldn't of asked. If you want to sell your nordic ..............I could send a check from the bank of kenya and............

that is one of the more obvious scams, there are many on craigslist.

I see more seller scams than buyer scams.

Its a scam If some one wants somehtign from you on CL they will 1 be like " hey whats bottom line, or 2 ask conditon when you bought it or crap ;ike that. Literally a reply on CLl is not more then 1 line long when you have a paragraph scam

I prefer not to get in to a pissing contest with you - If I was sure about the reply I would have never made a post for "Feedback".

There are many ways to reply back that this was a SCAM but your so called tough love tactic doesn't set well with someone asking for feedback - again, thanks for your reply.

Whtnordic this is a scam but CL, ebay ect. can be good leads for selling your item. You have to be careful and way all responsers Good luck . Jo

I sold an item on Craigs list went though the same stuff it is tuff to pull the good from the bad ones. Good like that one is one I would stay away from you could also have some fun with the person give hime some fake info.

No love intended. just feedback. I will still buy the nordic with a check from the bank of kenya.

sending professional scammers any kind of reply gives them a confirmed e-mail address, which they may well sell to a list.

What year F250 is the 6 inch lift for? You could probably sell it in the swap shop section here on OSO

Your a funny guy - If I were you, I would just stick with your (2) 25 ft boats as anything over that would be to much for you to handle...

It will fit on years 1999 to 2004 - The lift came off of a 2004 with only 20 miles - I just might post it in that section as well...

Again there was a number posted call it . Do even have any idea what they fit any how. I don't and don't know if there even a deal or obsolete. So call the number and find out . The negative attitudes and stupid questions posted are ruining oso.

I got a call about Bidding job for a lady who is deaf. The return Number was a 1-800-....... It through a flag up to me too .But once I called it, I got a lady who told me that her customer was deaf. I spent an hour and a half on the phone. She typed to her and read back to me the stuff she typed. She said I was the only contractor that stayed on the phone. 4 others Hung up half way through the call.

I say Try it.. DEAF, BLIND, white, black.. If they got the Cash.... SOLD!!!!

I just did not like the stolen insinuation from the baja guy. Because of that comment I will not list any deals on here I see, any more. It just brings negative comments. Maybe there should be a form on here teaching everyone to use craigslist. There seems to be a need for it. I guess my boat is too short for the west coat , I guess I need a 35' nodic to drive around on lakes.

Now Threats from far away you truly are an idiot and a wussy. Man up and end this nonsense.What ever happen to the tough love thing.

According to Northern******* -this is was a stupid post and was obvious it was a scam - I'm sure it was - but I just wanted to get some feedback - let the ***** go back in to his hole...

These services are a scam (they did not used to be, but they are now). It cost our company a few grand last year on a deal. I don't remember exactly why, but run from it unless they bring cash.

Somebody is always trying to seperate folks from thier hard earned money.

Well, I was always taught that if something is too good to be true then it probably is. Are the O/B cleavers yours? I don't think they are, so how can you, not being the seller, take offense to me posing a simple question? It really doesn't make any sense to me.

And I have to be a paying member on here to post? I don't know when that forum rule came out but I will have to look into it as my posts seem to still be showing up for some reason.
