Question about MSD Advance spring kit??? Timing/RPM

Ok I'm redoing my twin 509s in my Baja. And when tearing everything apart. The springs underneath my MSD rotor were rusted and not working right. Got my new kit in and now I'm wondering what RPM and Degree my engine should be at? what RPM should the motors be at Full Advance?? I've heard 2800RPM...And what degree should the motors be set at?? What springs, and bashing do I use? Thanks

Boat runs about 86MPH right now. So I'm trying to get all the power out of it as possiable but still make it safe for my family outings.

Thanks Jordan

You will most likely want 16-20* of timing advance with full advance around 3000rpms. I would set total timing in the 32-34* range.
