Can anyone save a DST file
Looking to have some embroidery done. Small qty and they want $$ for "set-up". I have what I want in a PDF or EPS file......can anyone hook me up with a DST file. Apparently that is what they need to avoid the "set-up" fee. Only about a 7 or 8 inch wide logo/name.
Thanks, |
Pretty much anyone is going to have to convert it. My ex GF has and embroidery biz and may be able to help but you WILL have to get it digitized....

I've heard a few people use scriptlance.com
Some thing like this- http://www.scriptlance.com/projects/...7.shtml?hl=dst |

If you have a sample .eps file, I can try to convert it with my vinyl software.... it will recognize a .eps and dst but I am not sure if I can convert to it. I do not have a .eps file to experiment with.

You might try these guys. www.queensboro.com They don't charge for set up unless they do the design. I have used them for my company golf shirts a couple of times and have been very pleased. Also, if you get on their mailing list they send out special deals pretty frequently

Thanks, Do a search online for "embroidery digitizing" Everything can be done through email, and you may save some money over a local place cause most people sub it out anyway. ;) Digitizing is priced on per 1000 stitches... anywhere from $5-$10 per 1000. :drink: |
Re: Embroidery File
I would try using this service $10 bucks per logo conversion I've used it before
