Default I want to go on an offshore boat ride for my bachelor party

Im getting married in june 2010 , and me and my brother(best man) were kicking around ideas for a bachelor party. Im 34 yrs old and been to my fair share of bachelor parties , Las Vegas, deep sea fishing, paintball, strip clubs etc etc. Well i havent had my own boat for like 5 years now, and havent been over 40 mph in a boat in like 5 years. So i told my brother what i would really like to do is find somebody who is willing to take me and probably 4 or 5 friends out for a blast . Would definately be willing to pay for fuel and whatever additional fee we can figure out. I just want to hear a pair of big blocks and some throttling over waves. I probably wont have a boat of my own for a while the house is sucking up all my money and time. The friends i would invite have all been on performance boats before, and know how to respect others property. So if anybody has any ideas you can Pm me i guess. And of course the captain could accompany us to the strip club after if they wanted. I live in Weymouth Massachusetts. Thanks Mike

why don't you buy a raffle ticket for an entire race weekend. Just $100 with 50 tickets sold. Include racing in a real race boat, hotel and parties!

Second prize is 5 laps of testing in a 38 Fountain Canopy race boat at 105 mph!

Dude, I did the exact same thing for my bachelor party. It was back in the day.....97' to be exact. My best man was a resourceful type-A kind of guy. He took it upon himself to walk the docks around Greenwich, CT and asked around. At the time, none of us were too connected within the high-performance boating community. But as luck would have it, someone pointed my best man in the right direction to a guy with a 38ft. Cigarette flat deck. The weekend of my bachelor party was the same weekend as the Glen Cove poker run and the owner of the Cig took me and my buddies on the poker run. That was my first poker run and I have been on numerous runs since, on some of the most badass marine hardware around (ie, GOLD RUSH) but if it wasn't for that random act of kindness, I might not have been hooked. The owner of that Cigarette....David Dall. Easily one of the coolest guys on the planet. He shows up on the board every now again (DJD) but the Cig has been sold. Almost 12 years later me and my friends still talk about what a nice gesture that was. Now I'm not saying you will get lucky enough to find a solid citizen like Dave, but keep asking around like you are doing here, walk your local docks and you might get lucky. There are a lot of very cool people involved with this hobby.

And if Dave reads this, thanks again man. For sure one of the best days of my life. OK, the lapdances at Scores made it a pretty good day too.

Trick is to get married to a gal that loves offshore boats and you are good to go. I am doing the same thing for a buddy of mine this summer on my boat, I know they cant wait. Hope you find a ride.
