hydrahoist questions
i am about to buy a 2000 9000B Lift in good shape for 3k. How hard will it be to install in a lagoon? I have boats in frt. and behind me so i might have to put the back on a whip or something to pivot the entrance? How long does it take to go up and down? Thanks

What I've learned about lifts is you really have to spend a ton of time thinking your install through. And even then it usually ends up changing. Once complete and done right you'll be glad you did it. Was just tweaking mine this past weekend in 37 degree water. Brrrrrrr.

How deep is your area for the hoist ? Sounds like pushing out the stern then lowering the thing, then raising it to pull it back in will be a pain in the assss. Get a lift type.

I have a 20k lift for the 40' formula and it takes less than 5 min either going up or down.
I had it setup and installed and glad i did, it looked like a pain to do myself. |
Wow,less than 5 minutes?????

Airdock may be an option.

If the stern is not lowered before the bow the boat/lift will roll. Don't ask me how I know this!

Front and rear must be secured to dock. If not it will sink to bottom and will not work right. back has to sink before front or it gets air locked and wont sink .
