Default Splashing Legit or BS????

No Posting!!!!
Just answer the question!!!

Is splashing (Direct copying and resale of an existing design from a production hull that is currently for sale from an established manufacturer withet intent of sellign as a knock off)

This will not take into account, Quality of biuld or Heavily modified design (IE making a plug from a hull adding and 3 steps).

Please state weather you think its is a legitimate bussiness practice that is moral, just, and good for boating.

OR if you think its basically theft of an idea, concept, design, whathave you, Immoral, (potentilly illeagal) and bad for boating in general.

Let hear your opinions!!!

I will keep it at the top of the list!

Splashing is theft, if you want to improve on an idea...start from scratch, build molds test rebuild molds, test etc.
