Default What Carb on my 5.7L Mercruiser

Hello Pros,

Although I do not have a racing boat, my guess it there is no better place to get expert advise then here.

I have a 39 Sea Ray 250 Express Crusier that needs a new carb. My question is: what carb do you recommend? There are many choices out there from Eldlebrock to stock. Aslo should I go with a Marine application or not.
Thanks
Gary

Definately go with a marine application. If your keeping your engine stock then I would just get a remanufactured carb, exactly like you have.

If you are hopping things up, then an Edelbroc kis a good choice.
