I'm thinking about watching sunday's runs from the land. Haven't been around boats since last summer offshore on a beach catamaran, the port hull sank and the coast guard helicopter watched us float in.

Jassby and I are contemplating hauling it home. Going to the Turtle Club to get the scoop but the weather looks baaad.

Somebody needs to schedule this event in July when it might rain for 20 minutes around 4 in the afternoon.
March through May it`s rain and wind and wind and rain and again wind!!.
Hurricanes don`t come till much later.
Just an idea from someone who has lived here 59 years.

I was thinking June would be better, April showers, March winds, I am not suprised. Had the boat ready to go, looks like Sunday might be good for a ride.

Last year was bad with the wind too. June would be good.

But June is T.O.P.P.S. poker run.
can`t have too much going on in one month!

maybe move the TOPPS poker run to April and move the shootout to June.

So the flagship Poker Run will get the bad weather?

Saw this afternoon when we got home that League City had 10" of rain and it hadn't stopped raining. Nice.

Now we're getting it.

yeah it was pretty bad today.. I think we got 6" at my house today. But it's going to be sunny tomorrow:ernaehrung004: Too bad my drive is sitting on the floor.

That was a fun run with great weather. First time I've been on a run down there in quite some time when it was sunny.
