sounds like two different problems to me, oil out off the dipstick?????? my first guess would be cracked head or head gasket or any other water passages within the engine that would let water in. I'm assuming you do not have a closed cooling system of course. Low spark total different senario. For your sake I hope your mechanically inclined or have friends with wrenchs

Oil out of the dipstick means the block is being pressurized.(or over ful) Check the PVC valve or the vents on the valve covers. The spark problem could be the coil but they usually work or not.How did you check the spark? What makes you think it's weak?Is it all cylinders? If it's just one cyl,bad plug wire, high resistance.

daredevil, drill 1/8 th inch hole in your tube about an 1" or 2" from the top and install a light weight spring. I had that happen with my old blower engines.

No joke .
I take about a 1.5x1.5 piece of duct tape and run the dipstick right through the middle of it then simply push the dipstick into place. The tape "folds up" under the tube and whola - problem solved.

I've never had much come out but enough that it bugged me...
