Default Alpha gen 2 shimming question

Do I need to redo/check the shimming of the upper gears? I just replaced the yoke and oil seal. The bearings are all the same. Thanks

If all you did was replace the yoke shaft and seal with all the bearings and gears being the same you don't need to re-shim.

Ok thanks, thats the answer I was hopping for. When do you typical need to re-shim, only when you replace gears/bearings?
