Need a surveyor in the Detroit area....
 

I am looking to get a second opinion on some structure issues (stingers, transom, hull etc...)

Anyone in the Detroit area that you guys would recommend?

Yeah, John Trost of John Trost & Associates is excellent...

I've worked with him for many years when I had my dive/salvage/repair business...

He's a big time blow boater, but knows all boats inside and out and he is well respected...a very, very personalable guy..

He also does alot of work for the ins. companies and you need a relationship with a guy like that to get through any claims problems...

Well, just got back from meeting with Dennis this morning. All is good. Stingers and Transom are nice and dry, we talked for quite a while, and he gave me all sorts of tips and tricks....

Dennis is the man, great guy to deal with, super cool.

Thanks everyone for the input, now its time to put the drive back on (just changed bellows) and get her wet!
