Default Engine overheat on a 250 Verado? Advice please!

I have trip 250 Verados, and the center engine seems to run extremely hot only when first started. If Its shut down immediately and allowed to cool for five minutes it runs perfectly. Any ideas???

Idling or driving? Maybe cavitation is causing a lack of water supply to the center engine.
