NEED HELP AGAIN 1996 7.4 mp no fuel

im not getting the fuel pump relay to engergize , the pump on the vapor canaster thing

you need to get someone with a multimeter to test the connections. First i would see if the relay is getting power...then work from there. Or if you want to do an easy test then swap another relay from somewhere else and see if its the relay that went bad...
