O.K. I have another idea for ya!!
How about a boat made out in Lake Havasu by the name of Cheetah Boat Mfg.? I'm looking at pic.'s of their 29ft that runs 70mph with a 496MagHO (425hp) and sells for around $59,000.00 with a tri axel trailer!!
I saw their ad in Hot Boat and sent off for info on their 29ft as well as their 28ft Party Cat, they were very fast in sending the info I requested and it looks like a good deal? I'm talking to my father about the deckboat now!! He want's to up grade!

Make sure you check out Cheetah's lay up. They used to use a chopper gun not sure if they still do, but I'd find out if I were you.

WASSUP, we just took in a really clean 28 Sonic on trade on a larger boat. It has 350 mag MPI's, Capt. call exhaust, very clean cabin and cockpit with 64 hours on the boat. No trailer though.
We are asking 65,900 but you could probably get it for real close to 60,000. Call me if you need any more info or would like pictures.

I just sealed the deal with a prior 28' Powerplay owner. He traded his 1995 28' with twin 502/bravo with lots of extras in on a new 38' the boat is on the road and will arrive on monday at the factory. The owner used it mostly in fresh, and has always stored the boat on a lift. 60K buys it, and we will survey the boat on arrival. Let me know if it appeals to your needs, by the way it goes 85 mph.:cool:
