Special thanks to Nort (aka Phantom Chaos)

I just want to thank Nort publically for taking the time from his weekend party schedule:D to look at a boat that I am interested in buying. He not only took the time to go and look at it, but also took photos and e-mailed them to me.
Thanks again Nort and also to a great board that makes contributions like this possible.
