1968 Ctr. Console Carrie in my back yard?
My Dad gave me a boat that he bought from Don Arrnow in 1968 in Miami, hull #3. It has been out of the water since 1976 or so and he says it is a Carrie? It is 20 foot long, mid night blue and white center console. I cannot find any information on the brand? Please respond w/any info..

Thanks for the replies..I spoke to my Dad. The boat was Elton Cary's son's boat. Hull #3 and it had the Cigarette racing team emblem on it and the time.

I don't know what the SeaCraft deadrise is, but the Cary is listed as only having 12 degrees at the transom. A very interesting piece of history for sure.

12 degrees
What is interesting about 12 degrees at the transome? I'm a novice..

The Cary is interesting. The 12 degree deadrise means that the hull is relatively flat. It gives it a shallow draft but it will be a tough ride in anything but flat conditions. It's not an "offshore" boat.
