Exactly, more rake = more bow lift.
It is basically the angle of the trailing edge of the prop. The higher the rake the further the blade reaches back making the blades longer on the leading edge.. If I set my props down on the trailing edge tips, the back of the prop where the nut goes will be higher off of the surface the props are sitting on than a standard prop.
