anyone know who bought out Chemical...
anyone know who bought out chemical bank in PA
I know Key Bank bought it out in NY .
The dealer is having a hard time getting a lean release for the
boat Im buying big problem cause it had a key bank 2nd lean
and he assumed it was going to be ok, knowing that key bought out chemical bank, what he didnt find out till now is that lean is out of PA which didnt buy out that state.
Now I have to wait! cant pick up tommarow as planned
and my bank is getting impatient. need this info

Chemical, the money center bank was bought by Chase Manhatten, which has since been aquired by JP morgan. I'm not sure if Chemical Pa was part of Chemical (NY) ?? Hope that is useful...

I have a few very good friends who are/were top exec's at Key Bank. Send me a PM on Monday if you have not resolved this and I will ask around for you. One guy actually works here in my office and I can ask him. All these guys are gone for the holidays today.
