i heard that they were excaliber splashes, also heard that they were decent boats too. . .. . narrow beam , about 7 foot an a few inches. . . decent rough water boat but probably torques to one side when equiped with a single. . . .i always thought they were cool looking. . . i wonder if he means the hull is kevlar, never heard of a carbon fiber hull in '79'. . . . a friend of mine used to have one, havnt seen it in a while though. . .

I thought that "Martini" was a model made by Corsa? If so corsa is a heck of a boat, they are very good in Factory 1!!

Martini was a manufacture that used to build boats in the late 70's early 80's(not related to Corsa). A new builder (I think his name in Angel) near Miami is starting to use the old Martini molds to build these great boats again. I talked to the guy a few months ago, I think you can buy a new one for around $42K with out power. I will try to dig up the guys phone number.

Cool

In April of 1977 the first 25 Martini was built. In 1980 the boat was retooled and named a 26 Corsa. The molds have been owned and built by one company Performance Plus Marine in Opa Locka Florida. The owner and proprietor is Bob Bauer. I personally have been doing business with him since the late 80s a great business man with a no bull**** attitude. You can contact him at 1-305-681-4342

Dreamer,
call Avenger Boats at 305-884-9959 (no web-site yet)
This company just started building boats using the old Martini molds. You can buy one for $12,500 with out power( not $42). I talked to them this morning. They are great rough water boats.
