Taking passengers for money even if cash is not wise. Anything happens you are in big trouble and insurance will be null and void. Not having a Captains lisc makes it not legal as well.

Thrill Rides
I do these type rides with my 1994, Cigarette Cafe, 540 motors with Bravos when I am not doing marine surveys. I am a USCG licensed Captain and boat is insured for charters with major insurance carrier. (Very hard to aquire this insurance) I have been doing this for 5 years from South Beach to Palm Beach. Biggest liability concern is getting the folks in and out of the boat at the dock without a slip and fall. I get clients from all over the world that want a ride in a Cigarette Boat. The Cafe Racer is the perfect performance charter boat. Built tough and and is safe. Minimum fee for a charter is $500./hour.
