Upholstery/interior question
Found out today that the wood on my back seat base rotted out. The vinyl is still good, and it looks like I can do the work myself. Looks like new foam, new base and staples. I'd like to replace the wood with the plastic material some manufcturers are using these days. Anyone have an idea of what material that is and where it can be bought? Also a source for the foam would be good too.

I buy Seaboard (same as Starboard) from this place in Tulsa: www.plasticsupplyandfab.com . It is right behind the Caravan off of Memorial. Get ready - it's expensive!

If you can get the seaboard locally that Sight and Sound said, it will save you a lot of $$$. And it is pretty expensive. It works just like wood. Make sure to use SS staples and fasteners when you assemble it.
