HOLD IT! Right now, things point to the owner NOT being on board. Until it is known who was at the controls at the time, cut the guy some slack. Behind the scenes, there are people trying to make things right. Let them do their jobs.

While I agree, ya know I just let anyone borrow my 108' Sunseeker and take it up the east coast playing caddie shack. If he wasn't on there he sure as chit knows who was! and who gave the one finger salute I hope it is made right.

I would think a yacht this length would be operated by a captain and crew. If the owner was not on board maybe it was chartered. Hope the people hurt are getting better.

I was thinking about this, if the company knew, and since now someone said the Sunseeker it is owned by the owner of Bombardier, how did he not know. Perhaps he was consulting his attorney before he owned up to it. I am thinking perhaps a family member was using the boat possibly a spoiled son, grandson? I can not imagine a paid crew to be so arrogant and uncareful. This has become interesting and I hope the people that had losses will be compensated soon.

The owner is responsible whether he was on board or not. That is the way I see it with my crap...

The owner is appalled by what happened, and is busy doing the right thing. Let this play out a little. Thanks.
