We would like you, the global boating community to Make A Statement! and Post it online. If your Statement! is chosen to be the best Statement! of the month, you will Win A Statement!

Each month Statement Marine, LLC will choose the winning Statement! A representative from Statement Marine, LLC, will notify the winner of their win.
Statement Marine, LLC will then use your Statement! in their marketing efforts. You can enter as many times as you like with the same Statement! or create a new Statement! each time.
Official Rules
1. Eligibility: That’s A Statement Promotion (the “Promotion”) is open to participants that are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited. The Promotion contains a contest (“Contest”) and an instant win game (“Prize”).
2. Sponsor: Statement Marine, LLC, 6101 45th Street N., Unit 4, St. Petersburg, FL 33714
3. Agreement to Official Rules: By participating in the Promotion, entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and/or Administrator, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. Whether an entrant receives a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
4. Consumer Created Content: The entry for the contest includes creative material from the participant, including but not limited to, consumer created content, by entering the contest each participant is verifying that (1) you are the owner and producer of the submitted material and that no third party ownership rights exist to any material submitted, and (2) you are hereby granting Statement Marine, LLC a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sub-licensable (through multiple tiers) right and license to use, publish, reproduce, display, perform, adapt, modify, distribute, have distributed and promote such content in any form, in all media now known or hereinafter created, anywhere in the world, for any purpose
