Default Wants to put freshwater boat in Ocean

So my boat is up here in Michigan on a painted trailer. In the Winter I'd like to take it to my Dad's place in Stuart FL.

How do I get the boat off the trailer in Florida without exposing the trailer to salt water. Eagle says warranty is void if put in salt water.

Can the forks of a Wiggins fit between the boat and trailer and lift it off??

Thoughts??

thanks!

that would work...... Thanks!
curious how they get the straps between the trailer bunks and the boat.

Would hate to trailer 1,300 miles to Florida and can't use the boat.

If your bunks don't stop and start then use a couple yard arms and your set.

Not to be Mr. negative but if you have a 27 ft baja and they charge $10/ ft to lift the boat ( each time). That is almost $600 for one trip. If you wash the trailer and keep it maintained you should be fine. Not a lot to boat trailers that can cost more then 600.

I have 2 steel trailers for my both of my boats, they came that way, as they were both back repos. But that being said, the Nordic trailer doesn't get used that often, had it 5 years now, and it's still servicable, (Nordic sits on the boat lift behind the house. My hydrostream has a 2007 "Boat rite?" steel trailer under it, and I dunk that thing twice a weekend, in salt water, and I FLUSH it just like a boat engine, (haven't built a lift for the hydro yet). Plus before I put it the salt water for the 1st time, I cleaned it and sprayed Boeing T-9 all over all the components, except the carpet bunks. Works for me, has for many years here in Florida.
