38 excaliber or 38EC fountain

newbie question.... ive looked at a 38 wellcraft excaliber and now going this weekend to look at a 38 EC fountain. i will be making a decesion soon after. we just sold the wellcraft gransport and looking for another boat so which would you buy? i kind of leaning toward a fountain......
