Mario, I have 3 flip up wind screens from a cig if that will help. If not I had a windscreen made from a plastics fabricator, I can refer you if you are looking to go that route.

Yes, That is what was explained to me. They would "Dip" them in a rubber coating. Any color the coating would be about 3/16" thick on it.. Sounds good. Should have some samples this week..
Going to check into the straps too. getting a lot of feed back about them too.
Thanks everyone... This is like my own personal google. ASK and you shall recieve!!

I wanted straps in the backseat but didn't want them flopping around back there when they weren't needed, what I did was used the pin cleats and mounts, the mounts are in the fiberglass base under the seat. That way there is only the mount wisible when they aren't being used, but they are vey easy to plug in when needed.
The cleats I used are like these:

And instead of straps I used 3/4" nylon line, and around the bottom part that would rub on the vinyl of the seat I put a tube of vinyl that matches the seat so they wouldn't rub through the vinyl when in use.

I wouldn't think it would matter what boat it is. The guy might have had to leave the office for an urgent reason...
