Out of Control testing in Long Beach Harbor
We were out testing today with Out of Control, 40 ss Skater Dutweiller 1800 plus hp engines and Weismann Marine 4-speed semiautomatic transmissions, shaft drives with a center rudder.
Rique Ford on the sticks and Thad (Jr) Finley on the wheel. platinum lent the props, Vern from West Coast drive service was helping.
Gary Smith came up from Newport with Alien to help with the testing and adjusting my pucker factor by making me freefall in his boat at speed during the test while I was trying to video...... Thanks Gary.
Working on getting her dialed in for the LOTO shoot out.

This was a test to get Rique and Thad up to speed with the boat. This is a 3 year project and it is very complex. We got the water pressure under control today and several other gremlins....
The set was perfect.
Als goal is to be the worlds fastest pleasure boat.
This not the place to stretch her out. Big wakes tons of traffic. We wanted to get some time on the boat and try to determine the correct props for acceleration.

Hang time...... That is decsribed in the webster dictionary for the time it took for the suction cup to grow out of my butt and grab the seat......I like the horizon going away.
