Smile A big Thank You to two fellow OSOers

to 502SS - for towing us back to the dock when I blew the outdrive. Hope to see you again in Maine.

to Biggus - for contacting the mechanic on a Sunday.

Thank you both for your quick thinking. There's a good chance I'll be back on the water this coming weekend !

-Just spoke with Tim @ Dorr's Marine, he's working on your boat as I type! No worries Mo, nothing that a few $$$ can't fix!

I know it's an unwritten rule to stop to help fellow boaters, I've certainly done my share of towing, but when you're on the receiving end it means sooo much more.

Tim's the boat guru !! I'm back in the water with a brand-y new Bravo 1. All it takes is $$. I can't complain too much though, this was the first big ticket fix in 4 years.

However, any snowmobile purchase will be on hold for another winter.

Now you have to get some hours on it to average out the cost per hour. See you next weekend. I am headed up early Friday or maybe even Thursday to fight the tax man.

Glad to hear that the old girl is still going. Sorry to hear about the trouble, but heck now you are good for a long time since the original drive made it 14 years right !!

I have broken 3 in the last 4 yrs !!!

Many times I still miss that boat. It was fun and didn't use a ton of fuel like my current one does.
