Has anyone experienced any notable failures with Konrads?

All I know is that the Konrads come with everything I need. I was pulling the motors anyway so the project to put the drives on should be even easyer. I hope. Sick Sting send me some $$$$ numbers

Do you want to get rid of just the drives or the whole she-bang? In all honesty those drives look pretty good at least cosmetically, unless they have been repainted. I wouldn't worry about replacing them until you have to.

That being said, if you still want to sell them, let me know exactly what parts you want to sell and maybe we can work something out.

The paint was really bad on them so I sodium blasted and e-poxy primer and painted, the cylinders are pitted just a little but the drives are not.

I have seen the TRS hold up well as long as you can drive the boat, is it worth the cost to go Conrads on a older boat? thats alot of coin..
