As shueman reported in the Owners forum, the sweet 28 is complete and has put down some nice numbers!!

Killer boat. Lookin fwd to seeing those motors in some other boats.

That thing is going to run an insane top speed...

I heard it ran 151mph

...before it ran out of lake. Apparently it was still accelerating.

and its coming here so I will get a nice close look at it as it blows by my daytona.

I heard it is coming to this area. What lake is it supposed to stay on.

They are still going to run out of lake there as they did on Elsinore. Looking forward to seeing it. I am up for one. I just saw that the same boat with 496ho's only runs 89 mph, which is my top speed with 300x motors. Looks like you gotta spend on the motors to break 100.

my tall deck 01 will run just north of 90 with 496 ho so i bet the speedster is faster with them...Don't think there are any speedsters with 496HO in them...
