693 HP and 723 ft/lbs of torque
Just got off the phone with Mark at Precision marine, the 540 that I built is making 693 hp and 723 ft/lbs of torque. Guessing that it should make my 1999 Donzi 26 ZX move pretty good.

Thinking 90mph, last year on a stock 502 with 5psi of boost I saw 80mph on GPS

ZXXX, What size fuel lines are you running to your fuel pump, and how did you plumb in the return to the tank?

I am running 1/2" all the way through. Eddie Young made a custom return line to the tank. There are some pictures posted on Boatfreaks.org Let me know if you can't find them. You are going to have fun! |
Hey Bill, We're going to be around Pates Ford next weekend. Going to see if Outdrive #3 will last!

It is a stock Gen VI 1999 502 block. I had it bored .032 over and had a Cally's forged rotating assembly installed. I had the stock heads proted and polished. I am running Marren's 60 lb injectors, Custom ground crank that was spec'd out by Mark at Precision. M1 Procharger running Approx 5 psi of boost.
