Offshore boating opportunities in North Dakota???

I'm considering a business opportunity in North Dakota...Just wanted to know if there are any offshore or performance boating opportunities in North Dakota...If so, where???
Any big lakes or long rivers???

Lots of lakes and rivers.... they are all frozen.

Well there is Lake Sakakawea east of Ft. Berthold Indian Reservation which is on the Missouri river. Then there's Devil's Lake west of Grand Forks. Other than that I don't see much on the Atlas.

The boating season is from June 10th through the of July 15th I think, I would sell the boat and buy snowmobiles.

I sold my old baja to a guy in southern saskatchewan....he boats on a power plant cooling lake. Said they get some good months in before the air temp get too chilly. Lake doesnt freeze.
