May try these guys, they are in Toledo if you can't find anything local. They have quite a bit of trailer stuff in stock usually. http://www.rimwheel.com/locations.asp

If you want to order online:

I got my last master cylinder from Champion Trailers. They are having a 10% off sale until Labor Day if you mention it.

The problem with trailer parts depot is they do not offer any shipping other than ground, and I need it by friday...

I emailed them to see if they would send something 2 day UPS, haven't heard back yet.

Negative Ghostrider....

They have complete master cylinder, priced extremely high I think. $110. No rebuild kits.

The rebuild kit is only $30 on the net even if I had to pay $30 for 2 day shipping, I am still saving half the money after the taxes on the in store cylinder.

But if I cannot get a rebuild in time, I might have no choice and just have to get a new MC.....

How far are you going that you have to have trailer brakes?

Why does your master cylinder need rebuilt? Usually if they need rebuilt they are to the point they may as well be replaced anyhow....
